1. Terms
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully before you submit your booking to us. These terms give information about the Employment Business (Your Best Tutors), Tutors and Client relationship.

2. Information about us and how to contact us
2.1 We are an online pioneering academy based in London and we are here for you, fully devoted to ensure that you achieve your full academic and intellectual potential. We provide online one-to-one classes in addition to group classes in all subjects for different academic levels. Your Best Tutors academy covers academic levels ranging from A Levels and GCSEs to secondary and elementary levels. We will not only be supplying you with high-quality educational standards, however, we will be ensuring that you are capable of fulfilling the requirement to chase your visions. Our tutors all possess previous experience in their profession with academic degrees and qualifications from the best universities across the United Kingdom.

2.3 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

3. Employment Business Responsibilities
3.1 When instructed the Employment Business will recommend a Tutor to the client for an engagement.
3.2 The Employment Business will invoice the client each month for tuition sessions having taken place in the previous month.
3.3 The Employment Business will not vary the terms of an engagement without the consent of the Tutor.
3.4The Employment Business will act as an Employment Business as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 – and the associated Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003.

4. Personal Information
4.1 The Employment Business will use personal information provided by the CLIENT
(a) To supply the services to the Tutor and the Client;
(b) To process Tutor payment for the services.
4.2 The Employment Business will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation concerning the processing of personal data.
4.3 The Employment Business may wish to take photos and/or videos during a tutoring session for publicity purposes or for the recordings to be used for feedback. The Employment Business will always ask for Tutor consent in this situation and the Tutor should do so at their own choice.
5. Employment Business Obligations
5.1 The Employment Business will supply the services as specified in the application form and in these terms and conditions.
5.2 The Employment Business will perform the services with reasonable skill and care and to a reasonable standard and in accordance with any recognised codes of practice and government guidelines.
5.3 The Employment Business will hold all professional qualifications required to provide the services.
6. Client Responsibilities and obligations
6.1 The client agrees to pay the Agreed Hourly Rate for tuition sessions required by each tutor, as different tutors have different prices due to experience and qualifications.
6.2 The client will be invoiced at the Agreed Hourly Rate each month for all tuition sessions that took place between the client and the tutor in the previous month.
6.3 Tuition fees are non-refundable once tuition sessions have taken place.
6.4 Client should only contact a Tutor via YOUR BEST TUTORS instant messaging facility via the Site only.
6.5 If a student is unable to attend a booked session, he or she should notify the tutor in advance in order to cancel the lesson.
6.6 Where needed students may be asked to turn on their cameras in order to verify the number of attendees during live sessions.
6.7 Students are expected to attend booked classes, participate, and interact with tutors during the lesson to ensure that they are attentive to the materials provided.

7. Cancellation of Engagement
07.1 If the Tutor withdraws from the engagement at any time, the Employment Business will endeavour to provide another tutor to the client if requested. The client is not obliged to accept the tutor.
07.2 The final decision to employ a Tutor rests with the Client. The Employment Business can give no warranty, representation or undertaking as to the suitability, honesty or capability of any tutor nor as to the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy of any information or statement or reference provided by the Employment business or on its behalf to the employer or as it shall direct in respect of the tutor. Verification of all such information and references shall be the Clients responsibility.

8. Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions may be altered and updated at any time without any further notice.

Definitions
8.1 In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
8.2 Tutor means the person introduced by the Employment Business to the client for an engagement
8.3 Client means the person to whom the introduction of a Tutor is made

8.5 Engagement means the client using the Tutor for tuition sessions.
8.6 Introduction means the passing to the Client of Tutor information.
